Product Information & Specifications

We strive to display the colors, designs, and specifications of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting during photography, or the handcrafted nature of certain pieces. Aurethe reserves the right to modify product specifications, update prices, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Limitations & Courier Rules

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser. We strictly follow a "No Open Parcel" policy as mandated by our courier partners; customers are not permitted to open or inspect the package before making the full Cash on Delivery (COD) payment. Aurethe reserves the right to restrict COD privileges for user profiles with a history of refusing deliveries.

Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For our international customers, please note that all product prices and shipping charges listed on our website are exclusive of any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees. Any such additional charges levied by the destination country's government are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

Exchange and Refund Policy

All returns, exchanges, and damage claims are governed by our official Return & Exchange Policy. An unedited, continuous unboxing video is strictly mandatory for claiming any transit damages or missing items. We offer a 7-day exchange window for changes in preference, subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Cash refunds are strictly limited to cases where a verified defective item cannot be replaced.

Exclusions of Warranties

Aurethe provides its products on an "as is" basis. While we ensure high-quality checks, we make no absolute warranties regarding the permanent longevity of artificial jewelry items, which naturally experience wear, tear, or color fading over time depending on individual usage, exposure to water/chemicals, and care.
