  • Orders & Shipping

    Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping details, and complete payment. You’ll receive an Order Number on confirmation.

    Yes , use our website’s Track Order page and enter your Order Number to see live status from dispatch to delivery.

    Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT). Delivery time depends on your city and courier route. Address changes are possible before dispatch only—contact support with your Order Number.

    We currently offer Standard Shipping across Pakistan. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size/weight. Limited international shipping is available to selected countries; duties and taxes at destination are payable by the recipient.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Exchanges for unused, unworn items in original packaging are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Worn items and Final Sale/Custom pieces aren’t eligible.

    Email info@aurethe.com with your Order Number. For damaged or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours and attach clear photos (unboxing if available). Refunds are issued only when a replacement isn’t available or if an order is cancelled within 12 hours and before dispatch.

  • Jewelry Care

    Keep items dry, avoid perfumes/lotions, wipe gently after use, and store separately in pouches/boxes.

    Normal wear over time is expected with fashion jewelry. Following the care tips above helps maintain finish and shine.

  • Customization & Sizing

    Select items can be customized or made in special sizes on request. Message support with the product link and your required size.
