Delivery Partners & Coverage

We proudly partner with Pakistan's most trusted logistics networks, especially PostEx, to ensure fast and reliable domestic delivery. For our international customers, we use premium global couriers to bring your orders safely to your doorstep anywhere in the world.

Expected Delivery Timelines

For major cities in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad), delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. For other cities and remote areas, please allow 3 to 7 working days. For international orders, delivery takes approximately 7 to 11 business days. Please note that during major sales events or festive seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

For orders within Pakistan, we charge a highly subsidized flat shipping rate of Rs. 150. To give you the best value, we provide absolutely free shipping on all domestic orders valued at Rs. 2,000 and above. For international orders, shipping charges (and any applicable customs duties) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.

Order Verification Process

To ensure accuracy and avoid any delivery failures, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a quick verification. Our customer support team will contact you via a phone call or WhatsApp message to confirm your delivery details before dispatching the order.

"No Open Parcel" Courier Policy

In strict compliance with the operational rules of all courier companies in Pakistan, delivery riders are not allowed to let customers open or inspect the parcel before making the full COD payment. If you find any issues after opening your sealed package, simply record an unboxing video and our customer support team will resolve it immediately.
